SHUMI
The word "Shumi" in ancient Georgia meant real, undiluted wine and since ancient times was used as a term denoting the best quality wine.
The symbol of the wine company is a Griffin –or “Faskunji” from Georgian mythology.
According to an ancient legend, it was the griffin who brought the first bunch of grapes to people with which the cultivation of vineyards began on Earth.
