SHUMI
The word "Shumi" in ancient Georgia meant real, undiluted wine and since ancient times was used as a term denoting the best quality wine.
The symbol of the wine company is a Griffin - or "Faskunji" from Georgian mythology.
According to an ancient legend, it was the griffin who brought the first bunch of grapes to people with whom the cultivation of vineyards began on Earth.
